These promotional terms apply to all advertised discounts and free gift offers. By booking, you agree to the following conditions. 

1. 10% Discount Offer 

Eligibility 

• Applies to selected birthday photography packages as advertised. 

• Valid only during the stated promotional period.

• Applies to the base package price only. 

• Where applicable, a physical discount coupon must be presented at the time of booking to redeem the offer. 

• All bookings are strictly subject to availability. 

Exclusions 

• Not valid on add-ons, extra hours, travel outside Auckland, albums, prints, digital upgrades, or additional products. 

• Cannot be combined with any other offer, promotion, referral credit, or voucher. 

• Not redeemable for cash. 

• Not transferable to another event or client. 

• Not applicable to existing bookings. 

Booking Requirements 

• A signed agreement and booking fee are required to secure the discount. 

• Discount is confirmed only once the booking fee has been received and eligibility verified. 

2. 20% Discount Offer (2+ Hour Packages Only) 

Eligibility 

• Strictly valid only for 2-hour or longer birthday photography packages. 

• Not valid for mini sessions or 1-hour bookings. 

• Must be booked within the advertised promotional period. 

• Where applicable, a physical discount coupon must be presented at the time of booking to redeem the offer. 

• All bookings are strictly subject to availability. 

Exclusions 

• Applies to base package price only. 

• Not valid on add-ons, extra hours, travel fees, albums, prints, or other products. 

• Cannot be combined with any other discount, offer, or promotion. 

• Not redeemable for cash. 

• Not applicable to existing bookings. 

Booking Conditions 

• Booking fee and signed agreement must be completed to secure the discount. 

• If the event duration is later reduced below 2 hours, the discount will be removed and standard pricing will apply. 

3. Free Digital Frame (3-Hour+ Packages Only) valid for bookings made in February 2026  

Eligibility 

• Available only for confirmed bookings of 3-hour or longer photography packages. 

• Package must be paid according to the agreed payment schedule. 

• All bookings are subject to availability. 

• Valid for bookings made in February 2026- not to be combined with other offers. 

What’s Included 

• One complimentary digital photo frame. 

• Standard model supplied at our discretion. 

• Frame includes a selection of edited images from your event pre-loaded. 

• No cash alternative or product exchange available. 

• Upgrades to higher-value models may be available at additional cost.

Conditions 

• Cannot be exchanged for cash or credit. 

• Not valid for 2-hour or shorter packages.

• Cannot be combined with other discount promotions unless explicitly stated. 

• If event duration is reduced below 3 hours, the free frame offer will no longer apply. 

4. General Promotional Conditions 

• All promotions and bookings are subject to availability. 

• We reserve the right to cancel, modify, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. 

• Standard cancellation and rescheduling policies apply.

• If event dates are changed outside the promotional period, standard pricing may apply. 

• Promotions apply to private birthday events only unless otherwise agreed in writing. 

• Travel within Auckland is included unless otherwise stated. 

• Any fraudulent, altered, duplicated, or expired coupons will be void.
